At Saverscorner, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Be in their original packaging with all accessories included.
Include proof of purchase (order number).
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Return procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at the following address: contact@saverscorner.com, specifying your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will advise you on how to proceed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we are at fault (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, the refund will be made via the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible. If you wish to change the size or model, simply contact us at contact@saverscorner.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
